thought it better to start own thread, still have periods, on 75mg oestrogen patches, twice weekly vaginal oestrogen cream and 200mg utrogestan pessaries for 12 days a month.
Despite the cream I still get terrible tears/cuts on my vulva - currently got 3 one along the length of each labia and one around my clit - which are ridiculously painful.
Should I just up the cream to more often? Or use something else too? It's getting ridiculous, no idea how I'm supposed to have sex any more, always too full of other things!
I'm 48 in case it's any odds . . .
