Hrt patches and a holiday help

I am on Everol Sequi patches and just finished a cycle. I usual bleed around patch 7 but have worked out in August that will be right in the middle of my holiday. Can I use a couple more estrogen only patches to extend my next cycle. Therefore using 6 Evorel 50 (estrogen only) then 4 combined patches Evorel Conti for just this month. Then go back to my normal 8 patch cycle which would mean my withdrawal bleed should then be at the end of my holiday. My first thought was just to miss two patches and start again in a week with my normal 8 patch cycle but with no hormones in my system for a week I am afraid this would be worse. Please help has someone done this?

Yes I did, I used two more of the first patches to extend my cycle. I am planning on doing the same this month. I still started my period on patch 3 of the second patches so using more of the first patches just extended that half
of my cycle. Perfect for a holiday
