Red face and hrt

First cycle of hrt and yesterday my started my face started to look quite red as though I had been in the sun far too long. Still quite red this morning and warm to touch.
Any ideas? Should I talk to gp?

No advice sorry but I will be watching this. I have found my skin is red and stings since taking oestrogen and especially when I drink alcohol 🤦🏽‍♀️ I hope you find a solution

I have had a flare up of rosacea and have been on HRT for 3 months, it could be coincidental.
