When to start utrogestan

Hi,

I am on femseven patches and started them at night before bed so do I still count that as day 1 or the next full day?
Working out when to start utrogestan tablets.

Also I have a big meeting I need to be alert for the next morning after I take them and seeing lots,saying it made them groggy/tired the next day is it worth waiting 1 day?

I’m on one a day and not had any grogginess at all, if anything I feel more alert due to sleeping better.
