Private clinic - Surrey/Hampshire/London?

Hello, I’m hoping someone can recommend a private menopause clinic in Surrey/Hampshire/London. I’d also happily travel outside those areas if the clinic’s worth it.

If you look on the British Menopause Society website loads of them are doing clinics on line, so no need to go to a clinic.

I went with Spiced Pear and am very happy with them.

Don't look for a 'clinic' necessarily. Many consultant gynecologists are on that list in your area and they work from some of the major private hospitals or Harley St.

'Clinics' tend to be staffed often by GPs with menopause training, whereas consultants are working from hospitals as their base.

I know (of) a lot of them (through professional and private contact) so if you want to run some names by me by PM I am happy to give input.

And many of them do offer video consultations - but think about if face to face might be better to start with.

I looked for my private menopause specialist on the BMS website was very happy with her face to face consultations. Initially I signed up on the newson waiting list then I found one so much closer to home and I’ve been given so much guidance it’s been so reassuring knowing if there’s any problem she’s a phone call away. Yes it’s at a cost but I can’t even get through to my GP surgery at the best of times let alone have a face to face consultation.
