Started HRT about 6 months ago and joints feeling a bit better but my skeleton kind of feels like it's not holding itself together like it used to - I describe it as needing a monkey wrench and some WD40 to tighten and oil myself, and I'd be fine!
I'm thinking it's collagen depletion and wondered if anyone had any suggestions of types of collagen ... or even if it's perhaps something else I need?
I am overweight anyway and know I need to lose weight but it's difficult 😞
