Ovulation pain 12 months after last period?

Yesterday I was getting ready to call the GP next week. Had ovarian pain, like ovulation for several days, assumed it was a cyst.
But I've also had stomach issues for several day. Bloating and constipation. So the NHS information says to call the GP to get a scan and blood test.
But I've had constipation for several weeks because I'm on a diet that isn't very substantial so I've been taking Fybogel and a key side effect of that is bloating and wind.
And today, no ovarian pain, stomach back to normal.
So, is it possible this was like ovulation? This month is 12 months since my last period.
Can you ovulate, or produce a cyst for ovulation and not menstruate?
Any thoughts?

Yes you can

I have no womb but have ovaries and so ovulate.

I'm having my hormone levels tested by blood test next week with symptoms like you've described.

Purely because without periods it's impossible to know how peri or not I am!

@itsgettingweird Thanks. Good luck with your blood test.
