I’m halfway into my first cycle of hrt using oestrogel and progesterone tablets, and started the progesterone 4 days ago
I’ve now got this weird thing where the left side of my face is really hot all the time - it’s not sore, more like feels hot when you get sunburn and looks like bad wine flush
It’s constant and isn’t going away but is only on the left side. i’m not having flashes anywhere else (hot flashes etc have never been a thing for me) but i do feel warmer generally
Has anyone else experienced anything similar?
