URGENT - Evorel Sequi/Conti (50) - when to start please?

Took this for 6m, 18m ago. effects wore off. Gp agreed to increase dose.
Then I had a cancer scare (for 1 yr) & decided to stop HRT during that time.

I'm 55. Last year I had 4 x periods.
Today I just started my 1st period of this year (1st since last Oct).
Do I start today, & which patch to put on? (cant find instructions in box...)

Yes I think you put your first patch on on the first day of your period (that's what I did anyway). Are all the patches in your box 50s?
