No bleed after finishing my 12 days of utrogestan. Why?

I started HRT 4 months ago. Prescribed 1 pump of gel a day and I sometimes use a little extra - id say I average a pump and a half a day

I've had two bleeds so far - both occurred immediately on stopping the utrogestan phase at day 12. Both were like my usual normal heavy periods.

This month however I haven't had this bleed after stopping the utrogestan and I wondered why this may be? Should I definitely have this bleed?

I was still having periods back in March when I started HRT so I am not through the menopause now or anything. I'm 51.

You're on a low dose of gel so it's likely your lining is not thick enough to shed.

The periods you had before sound 100% like a normal period- your own!
The withdrawal bleed on Utrogestan usually starts 2-4 days after Day 12- once the levels have fallen in your blood.

It's not an issue to have no-bleed. See how it goes.
