I'm 54 and no signs of peri or menopause. Still regular periods.

Am a bit flummoxed. Anyone else later starter to menopause? Keen to hear other's stories.

80% of women are post meno by 54.

You aren't that unusual and I bet you will see changes soon!

I was 53 when mine stopped- dwindled out over a year.

I am 56 and about to have another period. Sometimes within three weeks of a period, I start getting night sweats, then one morning I wake up having slept through the night and just over two weeks later I have another period.
No real symptoms till 54, apart from maybe the odd short cycle.
However, none of this is particularly relevant to you, I suppose.

I was still having periods at 55 when started hrt. However, also having peri symptoms like anxiety, dry mouth, aches, brain fog, etc. Even with hrt brain fog an issue.
I am on sequential hrt tablets so wouldn't know if would have natural periods anymore.

My mother and my aunt had periods until they were 60/61. Thy didn't have many menopause symptoms when their periods finished

I was like you at 55.

then nothing.

can’t say I’m fully menopausal as yet as a full year hasn’t yet passed but it can’t be far off.

I haven’t experienced anything problematic.

I'm 55 and still having periods though for the last 6 months my cycle is a bit longer.
Only one bizarre symptom which was burning feet but I seem to have cured that with supplements.
