Evorel patches keep coming loose - any tips?

I’ve already switched from Estradot patches because not only were they tiny and fiddly to use but they kept coming off. Evorel have been better but still having to replace them more often than I’d like (and usually the day before I’m due to replace anyway, which is annoying!) Is it ok to use tape over them (of the medical variety obvs) to secure them? Or does that stop them working properly? I tend to stick them at the top of my leg/upper thigh btw 😊

Stick them on your arse. I imagine it’s because you leg is moving against your clothes and rubbing them off.

They don't stay on my thigh. The flesh twists too much. Under belly button to the left and then to the right or top of bum to the side. Haunch? Flank?

It’s fine to use tape over them but I stick mine to my buttocks (alternating sides). They are subject to less movement and rubbing there plus I can still moisturise my whole leg. If you are using moisturiser or talc where you put the patches then they definitely won’t stick well.
