Everol Sequi - taking a week off patches - help!

Hi I'm hoping that some lovely people here can help. I've recently started using Everol Sequi patches - still menstruating but just not regularly and it's been very helpful and I'm feeling the benefits. My GP advised to take three weeks of treatment then take a break for the fourth week. I'm mid way through my break week but the packaging instructions and everything I've read online (I know I know!!!) says take it continuously. Has anyone else been advised to do this? Thanks in advance

All hrt is designed for continuous use.

I can't imagine why the break would help. I'd GP confusing it with contraceptives?

I’m a pharmacist, you take it continuously without a break, I think the gp has got mixed up with contraception advise.

I'm currently on everol 50 since November but only found out a few days ago that I need to take the 50 and the conti patches alternately!! I'm not sure what patch I've taken this week and feel terrible!! Any advice?? X

The sequi you take continuous. Two weeks of the 50 amd two weeks of the conti and then two weeks 50 amd so on.
That kind of mimics your cycle.
Stopping for a week here or there just plunges you into hotflushes amd unhinged misery (I forgot mine once when away for a week .....)

I’m on everol 50, I use the patches in order as they come out of the box, 4x everol 50 followed by 4x Conti.
