Floradix and hrt

Hi ladies just wondering if any of you have taken floradix, been on them for 6 weeks because of feeling tired. But now constipated. Didn't know if it has to do with the hrt I am taking as well ,or just the floradix I just take one in the morning even though it say to take 2.
HRT I take is oestrogel 3 pumps and utrogestan 12 nights 200mg do get a bit constipated when on tablets and just before a bleed not sure if it is a period or an break though bleed light last 3 days, but then have looes stools for a few days after ,then things settle down again .

Anything with iron in it (as a supplement) can cause constipation (it's a known side effect.)

Also, progesterone acts like a relaxant on the bowels and this can also slow things down.

I wouldn't worry about it- just up your fluids and fibre on those weeks maybe?
