Ongoing tummy pain

I'd had no periods for about 18 months, went on hrt, had gel first then I kept getting bad period pain and bleeding. I had a scan, they found nothing and then I changed to a patch. Since then my tiredness, brain fog and a achiness has gone but I've still been bleeding a little bit every two weeks and for some of those days I get what feels like bad period pain.
You know, tummy cramps, leg and back pain generally feeling a bit icky.

For the last three days I've had no bleeding but bad tummy pain again. Doesn't go with regular pain killers, I have to take co codomol . I'm getting a bit fed up with it now. I don't know what it is. Is it the hrt? Is something else going on? I mentioned it to the doc and he said is it manageable and I said I suppose it is but I've spent all day lying down today cos as soon as I sit or stand up it hurts again. What can I do?

I had unexplained pelvic pain which turned out to be a UTI. Is it tummy or pelvis?
