Severe anxiety and nausea mid cycle.

Any advice gratefully received. I'm not sure if this is peri related but just wanted some opinions and wonder whether anyone has experienced similar.
I'm 42. No children.
For the last 3 months mid cycle (so just before ovulation time) I've started experiencing severe nausea, diarrhoea and extreme anxiety and panic. To the point where I can't function at all, get out of bed/sleep/eat. Seems to last for a few days at it's worst.
I'm wondering if I'm a bit overtreated for my hashimotos (am on levothyroxine) and have just been for a blood test but also the weird cyclical nature of it is making me wonder whether it's a peri thing?
My periods are regular. The last couple of years I've struggled with dryness and some more pmt type symptoms but I have a lot of other health issues (CFS/chronic migraines and vertigo) so it's all hard to unpick.

I am late 40s and I have had similar in terms of anxiety and diarrhoea around ovulation. Sorry that I can't offer much advice as I don't know how best to deal with it myself, but I would say keep a health diary so that if you see a continued pattern that you firstly, can confirm that it is definitely linked to ov and secondly, it might help you to be better prepared and know that those days might be difficult. Good luck!

Thanks for responding..I'm glad I'm not the only one but sorry you are struggling too Flowers
Well my thyroid is fine and given cyclical nature of it am assuming something hormonal going on. Have managed to speak to nice GP who agreed. It's just so odd to go from fine one day to really extreme anxiety and panic for a few days and then back to normal. I am having some other peri type symptoms like night sweats and dryness so maybe it's that.
