I keep seeing these Happy Mammoth hormone balance products advertised online. Obviously the reviews on their pages are all amazing, but has anyone actually tried these and can give an honest opinion please?

What are they?

If they are herbs/supplements, some women get some improvement, but the science shows they rarely work for everyone. Trial and error.

Most are madly expensive and in many you can get the actual ingredients in everyday food.

Ha. I'm being bombarded with those ads too and have been tempted.

I actually take Wild Nutrition supplements which I do rate. What I want is a protein powder though and Wild Nutrition stopped doing theirs.

I've just posted about exact same thing. I'm intrigued

Read the list of ingredients. Most of it you are getting from your food and the rest are not proven to do anything at all.

BridgetRandomfuck · 29/05/2023 14:48

I tried them and they did nothing. Complete waste of money.

So odd, I came on here to post about these and saw this. I guess there are a lot of extra ads this weekend!

Watching closely..

I've never heard of this! I clicked because I thought you'd decided to settle for being a Happy Mammoth now you were menopausal and I vaguely thought that decided my size and shape at the moment.

Happy Mammoth?? Could they not have come up with a better name - I googled and it appears to have been started by a skinny 19 year old male, so I'm dubious about his expertise in what menopausal women need, to be honest.

Mammoth yes is how I feel!! Might just adjust my HRT instead lol

If you look at the ingredients, you probably aren't getting all of them through your food, but they are easily sourced to add into your supplement regime. Ashwagandha powder can be added to an herbal tea with honey; chamomile - again, tea (haven't tried adding the ashwagandha to it but will; Rhodiola & Maca - again add into your supplements. Don't remember what the others are.
It does seem expensive for what it is. But we pay for convenience.
