Will upping my oestrogel help these symptoms?

I have been on utrogesten, cerazette and oestrogel for over 8 months and it has made a huge difference to many symptoms. However, recently ( maybe 6 weeks or so) some symptoms ( anxiety, night time palpitations and sweats) have begun to come back. I am only on 1 1/2 pumps of oestrogen per night, but might an increase help? I have a decent supply….should I increase a bit and see if it helps?

Im not due back to the GP for a couple of months.

any advice welcomed!

The nurse practitioner advised me to start on 2 pumps of gel and increase if it didn't control the symptoms. The dose can be increased to up to 4 pumps if necessary.

My practice suggested i titrate the dose when I went on to the gel. Slowly and steadily mind.

I was/am on 2 pumps of oestrogel and could feel the anxiety creeping back in. I spoke to my dr who said I could up it to 4 as and when. I did and it made my breasts a bit tender, so now I use 3 pumps for a few days if I'm feeling a bit low and once or passes I drop down to 2. Not sure if alternating between 2-3 is the right thing to do but is working for me

Thank you, I think I’ll up to 2 and see from there. Lots of the other symptoms have stayed away so I don’t know if this has been just due to stress or peri but I suspect possibly both.

@Summerhillsquare I've done similar the last 2 days and increased to 2 and 1/2ish because I can feel the anxiety creeping back in. I will drop it down back down to 2.
