This has probably been asked before but I'm new to Mumsnet, I don't know my way around yet so apologies if I'm repeating a thread.
I am in perimenopause.
Prescribed Evorel 100 patches.
I had a mirena coil fitted in July 2022.
I have started getting incredibly painful cramps before my period in the last couple of months.
They're debilitating, I need to lie down as I can't function.
As a widow & lone parent, I am the sole breadwinner .
I can't afford to take time out.
I work as a pet sitter which is an active job.
I have asked the doctors at menopause clinic if increasing the patch would help but they're saying they don't normally go above 100 but will get back to me.
As you can imagine I'm desperate for help and for pain relief!
Any advise would be most appreciated!
