Vulva inflammation on HRT

I have tried three different hrt combos. Gel / utrogestan 12 days of month, everol conti patches then gel / utrogestan 28 days of month. All three gave me very painful inflammation of my vulva and the patches terrible anxiety in addition. As soon as I stopped the hrt my vulva was better in 3 days. When we restarted it, it came back within a few days again.

I just wondered if anyone else has experienced this? My gp has never heard of it and I’m now on a waiting list for 9 months to see a gynaecologist with no sign of an appointment.

Not heard of it but maybe try reducing the estrogen dose. Too many women start on the average does which can be too high - it's better to work up.
