I upped my patches from 75 to 100 a couple of months ago. I have the mirena for progesterone. I'm 5 years post menopause.
This week, I started spotting with cramps. Emailed menopause specialist and she said, decrease the patch back to 75. I have and I'm grumpy as hell!
I had a hysteroscopy last February due to post menopausal bleeding on utrogestan. All was fine. I have a small fibroid found last September. MS said no need for GP/scan/further hysteroscopy.
I'm not sure. I'm tempted to ring the surgery, as I want to know the mirena is still in situ at least.
