Is anyone on Evorel Sequi 75?

Hi all. I’m due an hrt consultation and I’d like to be forewarned on what’s available. Evorel Sequi 50 has been magical but after 8 months symptoms are returning and I think it needs increasing. I have a suspicion that they only do a 100 dose not the 75 that I may need. I’m not keen to go to separate patch and tablet or whatever and they have to err on the side of caution due to migraine.

Has anyone used one and a half patches with Evorel Sequi? Is that allowed for this regime? TiA!

I use 75 for the last two months but I want it increasing as I lay awake the other night with waves of flushes and chills rolling over me, so I definitely need more.

On the 50 I was having night sweats again after the first month.

And yes, they do make 75 patches.

I've used 50s plus 25s
But the 75's are back now

That's interesting. I've been prescribed an additional 25mg Estrogen only patch to add on. I don't think the doctor realised that Sequi came in a 75mg. I'd ask again but it took me 5 weeks to get that phone appointment 😮

She has suggested longer term that I get a Mirena and add Evorel estrogen but I know there is up to a year to wait to have that put in so hoping that what I've been given will help in the interim anyway. Thanks all :)
