HRT gel

Can I apply the HRT gel to the inside of my arms?
i read that’s where the spray can be applied.
I’ve got very tanned skin & am outside most of the day, so don’t think the gel will absorb well on outer arms.
Ive tried the inside of thighs but didn’t get on well with applying it there.
does anyone use the spray?

I have moved to the patches as so much easier. You place the patches below your waist and change them every 4 days. So much easier and out of sight too.

I was told outside of arms or back of shoulders. Inside of arms is too close to breast tissue.

I usually apply to my inner thighs, but sometimes use outer arms/back of shoulders if I have to get dressed quickly into something like jeans that might absorb too much of the gel. Seems to be ok but there just isn't as much skin as thighs.

My gp said outside of arm is fine, so below the waist isn't necessary.
