Twitching Calf

For the past few months, my calf is twitching constantly in different places and whenever I'm laying down or have my feet on the sofa, it's really noticeable and you can literally see the muscles moving. It's on my happening in my right calf.

I tried to get a GP appt but ended up with the nurse who said it's probably menopause and maybe go on HRT! I've had blood tests done as I've been dizzy, which showed I have a Vitamin D deficiency so I have been taking a Vit D tablet each morning which has stopped the dizziness, but my calf twitching has increased from just nighttime to all day as well.

Is anyone else suffering with twitching?

Magnesium is supposed to be good for this. I keep meaning to try it for the same reason.

Magnesium will help. Most of us are deficient and twitching or cramping is one of the obvious signs.
