Weight loss has stopped

It's doing my head in I feel manky and useless and it's ruining my motivation to make an effort.
I swear it must be hormone related.
I'm on hrt

Ugh me too, I always did so well keeping weight down until last year , it's just stopped, now I can only eat a lettuce leaf a day to keep weight at a level, never mind losing it .I've tried everything, - WW , Slimming world , noom , Zoe diet ...NOTHING working !! Summer coming up and feeling zero good thoughts about health and body ! On HRT patches, thinking about increasing osteogen...what are you on ?
