Bleeding on HRT/mini pill?

Just wondering if this is normal or not. My GP surgery is a nightmare to get hold of and aren’t discussing any HRT issues/doing reviews till next week.

I have been on the mini pill since 2019 and not had any bleeding. Started HRT on 1st feb - 2 pumps oestrogen gel every day and 2 utrogestren for first 14 days of the month. All good.

I’ve been bleeding lightly but consistently for 2 weeks. Is this normal? Will it stop or will it be a thing now? I’m not sure the HRT is so beneficial as to be worth it if so. :-/

Any bleeding should be reported to your GP.

I had on off bleeding and it turned out to be a polyp. They had to remove it.

Still been bleeding since then for 7 weeks and they've given me another progesterone tablet to take to try and clear it.

I can’t report anything to them before Monday.
