Dry skin

Is dry skin a menopausal thing? Over the last few years my skin seems so dry now, particularly on my feet.

I hate using body lotions and oils so can anyone recommend a way to reduce it? Esp for the feet.

Will drinking more water and staying hydrated have an effect or is this just fixed externally?

You say you hate creams but have you tried CeraVe , completely resolved it for me? I tend to dislike heavy emoilliants but CeraVe is fine. It repairs the skin barrier rather than just moisturise.
