Big fan of Contam here. I can actually run again when wearing them. Pelvic floor physio suggested them (obs while still working on pelvic floor).

@Littlefidget2 can you link pls? I've been given a silicon pessary ring at GP but it still let me leak when I sneezed.

I have a cystocele and have stopped doing pelvic floor exercises as physio agreed that they won't fix the prolapse and the prolapse is making me leak.

So I'd be grateful for something that does stop the leaking when I run!
