Weight gain

I'm really fed up I feel frumpy my clothes are going to small and I refuse to buy bigger cos I not helping myself
My bra size is a 38 E and a size 18 tops
I think if it wasn't for by bust I look smaller
My 2 sisters are bigger than me how can they be same clothes as me
Anyway I'm not good with diets
So I thought if I cut out bread alcohol
I don't t eat biscuits and chocolate
And if I eat more salad and veg
Will I lose weight

Do you think your weight gain is related to menopause? You probably have the right idea in general, limiting highly processed foods and alcohol is cutting out high calorie low nutrient food and increasing whole foods high in fibre. Definitely a good start.

n't believe I weighed eight and a half stone when in my 20s, now I'm 12 and a half stone.

If you cut out all that, and don’t eat additional calories elsewhere, yes, you will lose weight.
