Hi. I am 49. Been on HRT for 3.5 years. Oestrogel 2- 3 pumps gradual increase and utrogestan 12 days 200mg for most of that time. In January found oestrogen to be 83 when should be over 400 acc to GP. Had another blood test today having increased pumps from 3 -4 for last 8 weeks. In that time bleeding has become erratic. Mid cycle bleeds so GP recommended utrogestan daily 100mg. But now am spotting everyday for 2 weeks. GP is on annual leave for next 2 weeks. Appt 17th April. Just wondering should I be worried or does this sound normal. Thanks for any replies in advance.
