I'm fully menopausal now (2 years no period) and anxiety / panic seem to have really kicked in again.
I'm already on a low dose of AD from prior to this.
HRT didn't agree with me so going to try natural things. Don't know if this will be helpful to anyone else or f anyone has any other tips to add.
- taking a 50+ multi vit
- going to start a fish oil tablet today
- going to aim to have more regular bedtime
- have found some yoga relaxation classes on You tube. Plus 'body scan' relaxation videos,
- 20 minute walk each day
- 2 x cups of chamomile tea per day plus water
