Peri anxiety - tight chest

Awaiting GP appointment - health anxiety through the roof!

Has anyone has tight feeling in chest, not major pain, just a niggle?
Ive never had heart burn before so not sure if its that or anxiety.
Pain seems to niggle on and off during the day.
Although it wasnt there when I went for a walk (and when I was not sat googling symptoms)

You could try dosing well with Gaviscon Advance for a few days and see how you feel? Peri can be the start of allergies for some women and also exacerbate asthma. Will you GP prescribe HRT?

I've always had niggling chest pains , they are usually shooting and very random , sometimes on the left sometimes on the right .

Ah yes hadn't thought of allergies, I just conclude it's the worse ever scenario and hate feeling like this,

I think acid reflux could cause this best to get checked though hope you are ok
