Sore boobs!

Help!
I've been on HRT for 18 months. Started on 50 patches and 2 x utrogesten for 12 days.

About 6 months ago I told GP that my symptoms were coming back especially anxiety and waking in the night and GP moved me onto 75 patches and 1 x utrogeston daily.

I lasted 2 weeks on the 75 patches. Felt dizzy and sick.

Went back to 50 patches.

Couldn't get a GP appointment about 6 weeks ago and felt anxiety and sleep and PMT getting bad again so trimmed 75 patches (pretty accurately) to ease myself into 75 again. Eased in over 4 weeks and now I've had 2 weeks of 75 patches.

My boobs are bigger and so sore! Sleep is still crap.and anxiety. Can't get a GP appointment - surgery getting back to me but might be 2 weeks.

Am I on too much oestrogen? Should I go back to 50 patches? Or something else?

Thank you!!

That sucks OP. I'm also on 75 and my breasts are also sore but they went that way when I started on 50 three months ago. It does ease off once the bleed has finished. And I look like I have normal breasts again after many years of them looking like grey wrinkly bags.

I understand evening primrose can help with breast pain, although I can't take it as it gives me stomach ache.

I've found Evening Primrose 1000mg helps and I take it at night to avoid the potential nausea some people get with it.

I'm on the gel, and had excruciatingly sore boobs for about the first month, maybe a bit longer. They got larger too, it was a bit like pregnancy boobs... look great but do not go near them 😂

I found wearing a sleep bra helped a little. Once they did settle down it was fine though, and I've had no problems since. Disappointingly, the gigantic boobs disappeared with the pain.

Years ago my dr prescribed me starflower oil for fire boobs - iirc it's stronger than evening primrose oil. Also there's a good group on Facebook called HRT truth collective who are good at giving advice re dosage of HRT and symptoms.
