I've been on a number of different brands - think they seem to be working - problem is that I look like a sticker book as I can't get rid of the stick of the patches! Any top tips please as although I don't need to be bikini beach ready - I don't want to look like a sticker book! Thx x

Baby oil takes the glue off

I just scrub it off when I take a shower.

I just find that if I leave them alone for a few days you can scrape the glue off in the shower.
Mine are under my pant line so no sticker book worries, out of sight out of mind!!

Baby oil on a cotton wool pad, rub in different directions. I find it’s always worse if I’ve had hot baths for some reason.

Apparently using the old patch to remove the glue works!

Another one endorsing baby oil. It definitely works.
