I want to go back to the spray and Utrogestan

Switched to patches because I wanted to up my oestrogen and Lenzetto's highest dose is lower than patches.

But I feel horrible. Anxious, achy, exhausted, teeth clenching in my sleep, migraines.

I'm at a bit of a loss due to worrying about supply issues. Any advice?

Oh also my boobs are like bloody mellons and I've put on weight. Seriously considering stopping.

why Lenzetto and not Oestrogel or Sandrena gel?

It's much less messy.

But I could try the gel if it's unavailable.
Is it common for people not to get on with patches? I actually think it's the progesterone in them that's the main issue. So could maybe go with patches & Utrogestan

Any idea when women should switch to daily progesterone rather than cycling? @JinglingSpringbells ?
