I’ve swapped to this from combined patches but can’t work out the best way to take it? I’m still having periods but cycles are around 23 to 27 days. GP said take days 15 to 26 but should that be days 15 to 26 of my own cycle or the same days 15 to 26 of the 28 days of patches which is what the directions seem to indicate? If it the latter I’ll be gradually taking it at random points instead of the end of the cycle? Won’t I then end up with a period and a withdrawal bleed?
