Hi, I use one pump of the gel on each arm every day and I've started taken 2 utrogestan pills on the 15th of every month when I go to bed until the 26th of the month. The last couple of days the pains in my stomach are awful and lower back pain, the hot flushes at night have me tossing and turning 😳 can barely do anything that I need to do and feel emotional and my stomach has bloated out even more than usual I just don't want to do anything and I have plenty to do, if I just use the gel I don't feel half as bad, I had to stop taken the pills for a few months due to having other health investigations I've just started back recently, I will need to speak to my doctor but just wondered if anyone had any similar experiences or any solutions to my situation. The pains so uncomfortable 😫 this is all with the pills 💊
