I've started feeling really PMTd week after period for the last few cycles. Anyone else? Is this a peri thing?

Hi @Periornot , I'm peri atm and have noticed my PMT symptoms getting pushed around, where they were always the week before now they can be any time of the month (or all month!?!) and for me it's definitely a peri symptom. HTH x

Thanks. It's not just mood though, it's also the feeling in back and tummy like before I come on. Body is doing a whole heap of weird stuff anyway (thanks long covid), but trying to separate the two things. Is it like that for you?

I'm peri (now on HRT) and have completely lost track of what my cycle should be. Which means I carry tampons with me at all times (thanks, flash periods) and often spare knickers too.

Welcome to menopause brain club too... I forgot where I parked my car last week.

Really interested in this. Just this week started first symptoms of peri. Hot flashes at night…but also seem to have almost constant faint cramping. It’s so weird but thinking it could be menopause related

Yeah, the physical things like backaches and headaches are all pushed around too.... I only get cramping during a period but so far that hasn't changed (yet). Things like greasy hair/moods/backache/headaches/food cravings have been thrown up in the air and I no longer know what to expect on a day to day basis during the month, when before they'd be pretty regular. I hope you get things separated out soon, once I understood what was going on it helped me a lot x
