Question about vaginal oestrogen

BatFaceOwl · 16/03/2023 09:56

Can it help in any way with slight incontinence issues? I know it's for dryness and atrophy as a rule.

I don't suffer with either of those but I do have some urge / stress incontinence issues and wondered if it might help there. I've recently started taking HRT and progesterone

Thanks in advance

Yes it can do. Have you thought about seeing a women's physio to get some 1:1 advice on pelvic floor exercises?

@JinglingSpringbells I hadn't, no but it's probably something I should look into. I did download the Squeezy app and I have a Perifit so this is probably all my fault for not actually doing the above properly!

I'm at a point now where even the slightest exertion sometimes can set it off (no big gushing flows or anything! But enough to be an annoyance) and I probably should do something soon

I just wondered if the oestrogen there might just form part of a plan
