Is this perimenopause?

Does this sound like perimenopause? I'm 46, noticeable PMS for the past year when I never had it before (exhaustion, sore boobs, aching limbs, mood, etc.), shorter menstrual cycles, not being able to remember odd things, weird low level nausea in the afternoons, occasional hot flushes. Does this sound at all familiar? I'm getting fed up of just not feeling right and wondering if this could all be explained by peri, in which case I'll make an appt with the GP.

Oh and the PMS seems almost constant...

It's sounds like it, the Balance website that Dr Louise Newson runs give you lots of info
