I started taking HRT 10 years ago due to hot flashes and irregular periods etc.. and Ive been on it (Femoston 1/10) eversince.
How do I know if I'm post-menopausal now?
I stopped hrt briefly last spring and all the symptoms Id had previously came back in a few days.
