If you are on hrt for peri symptoms... how do you know when your periods stop? Does the progesterone still continue to give you a bleed each month? Or will that stop?

You don't unless you stop HRT to find out. Most women assume that by 54 they have stopped (medical advice says almost all by this age.)

At 54 you can change to a no-bleed type, or sooner if your periods had stopped prior to HRT.
