Itchy chin and neck. Is this meno symptom

It’s like I’m itching a non existent beard 😀

I might be.

I get urticaria at night since I turned 40. My neck gets really itchy and I sometimes get raised welts.

I have to take a prescription antihistamine every night and grease myself up so I don't scratch.

I've also found some foods make it worse and it turns it they're high in histamines. So far I can't have port, mango or pineapple.

I read that we become more sensitive to histamine plus we start to lose collagen so can become horribly itchy generally.
