Someone on here recommended this, anyone else able to vouch for it as a sleep aid?

Thanks Smile Mind you, sleep has already improved massively since starting to take magnesium glycinate, which was also recommended on this board. Been taking it for five weeks now, and have slept 6-7 hours most nights, some even without waking (unheard of for me since peri started). So that's definitely worth a try if you are on the fence about JP Dream Sleep.

Which magnesium are you taking? There are so many to choose from

This is the one I went for, but there is a whole thread on here discussing various brands/options.

It was me who originally recommended JP Dream Sleep. I swear by the stuff. Magnesium alone isn't enough to help me sleep (I'm a lifelong insomniac - recently diagnosed with ADHD which may explain it - but perimenopause has made my sleep struggles even worse!) but when combined with certain other minerals (such as L-Tryptothan), it works well. I gave some to a friend to try when we were away together and it helped her so much that she bought her own after that.

Periperinotchicken · 11/03/2023 21:34

@HundredMilesAnHour ooh thank you so much for recommending it, I’m going to try it. Pleased you found something to alleviate both the symptoms of ADHD & Peri. Sleep well.
