Cold and hot flushes

Ok I was expecting the hot flushes, unable to sleep etc. But now I'm cold all the time during the day. Is this normal and if so any tips to make me feel warmer (other than wearing gloves and a scarf all the time)

I'm permanently freezing too. No tips other than all the usual (socks, slippers, thermal underwear, layers, hot water bottle, electric blanket, fingerless gloves indoors...).
I've always had problems with the cold (Raynauds) but I feel like it's got so much worse this year. Wondering if it's peri related. I think Raynauds is about inflammation and estrogen is an important part of our bodies' anti inflammatory response (I think) so I guess it makes sense that falling estrogen makes it worse.
