Hi All, I'm on estrogel gel and Utrogestan, 14 days on/off.
Is it ok to take magnesium at night, at the same time as Utrogestan? My sleep is shocking and I have magnesium I sporadically took before starting HRT.
Want to start taking it again, as I read it's beneficial - especially if you have trouble sleeping.
My stuff is magnesium citrate. I'm supposed to take the equivalent of 440mg elemental each evening, says the package.
