Viviscal and menopausal hairloss? Anybody take this supplement?

Thinning hair has really been the worst symptom of the menopause for me.
Just wondering if anybody out there is taking Viviscal or a similar supplement?
I dismissed it a couple of years ago when I realised it would have to be taken long term.
I am on HRT, had blood tests and have a good diet.

Any advice very welcome

My hair stylist recommended Regain for women. I just bought some on Amazon. I don’t know anything about Viviscal but hopefully someone will be along soon.

Thank you for your reply.
Do you mean you have only 'just now' bought it and havent tried it yet?
Sorry to ask for clarification

I started taking Viviscal for hair thinning a month or so ago. I’m currently on two tablets a day. I haven’t noticed any change yet but it’s only a few weeks.

Thanks for the reply. It does say that you have to take them for about 3 months before you notice any difference.
I think I will give them a go too. Other than more hair I've got nothing to lose.

I would be interested to hear how you get on.
