Tostrum

I was prescribed Tostrum gel last year, alongside the Femoston I'm on, and have only just got round to using it. The dose is a third of a pump a day. I applied it last night and was really jittery, couldn't sleep, heart was racing.

Has anyone else suffered with this sort of reaction?

I haven't any experience but I've read on here that it can cause jitterinese initially that then may then wear off.

I would try it in the morning, anything new taken at night can interfere with sleep ime.

P.s I think it's 3 times a week don't take it daily. Google tostrum on 'menopause matters' website, lots of info there.
