Hi , I’ve been on HRT continuous for a couple of years there has been a bit of trial & error as I was experiencing spotting . I’ve had a few pelvic scans which thankfully were fine .
With the advice of my menopause Dr I increased my Utrogestan from 100mg to 200 I’m also on Everol 75 . I haven’t had any spotting until today , I’m so gutted as I really thought that everything had settled .
The only thing that I’ve been doing incorrectly is taking my Utrogestan at night on a quite full stomach , could this cause bleeding ? I should be taking them 2 hours after food but tend to snack in the evening .
