Has anyone found any products which actually work? I look dreadful.

www.spacenk.com/uk/haircare/styling/hair-serum/complete-instant-recovery-serum-MUK200033791.html I love this stuff. HRT works as well!

L’Oréal hair oil is good.

If your hair is frizzy it’s probably curly, or has some curl to it. Have a look at the curly girl method - try that. You don’t have to stick to it rigidly it’s just a starting point. My hair went very frizzy and curly when I reached menopause and I found I had to completely change the way I deal with it. I have learnt to put curl Creme through it when it’s wet and scrunch (I like imbue gel cream) and then dry with a diffuser so it doesn’t go like a massive ball of fluff. Then I scrunch out the hardness from the product when it’s dry. Cantu custard is also good.

I put rosehip oil on my hair for about 20 mins before I wash it, on scalp and then run through. Then wash, condition as normal. Try not to blow dry too often.

Pantene Gold Series oil works for me OP, on damp hair before blow drying it has made a huge difference. My hair is wavy rather than curly and looks horribly frizzy without it.

Thanks folks. Everything is changing. I've put on two stone and it seems to be sitting mainly on my tummy. My hair looks like candyfloss. I know I should be happy to be alive and cancer free but...I'm not liking what I see in the mirror. Picked up some Cantu so let's give that a go first.
